  • Each of Oak + Fennel Farms unique Wedding Packages include a 1 hour tour/consultation.

    Keep in mind that couples must coordinate their own:

    - Wedding Planner

    - Photographer/Videographer

    - DJ/Music

    - Caterer

    - Bartenders

    - Decorating

  • As the farm is currently an open air venue we do not have a capacity limit.

  • Please contact us to inquire about available dates! We would love to schedule a tour and a time to chat about your event.

  • No, we only host one wedding per day/weekend to ensure that each couple's event is special and receives our full attention.

  • The music must conclude by 9:45pm to ensure that all guests and vendors are off the property by 10:00pm or as agreed upon.

  • We accept any form of payment that is convenient for our couples.

  • Yes. When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a non-refundable Initial Payment. Depending on the event and agreed upon pricing the deposit will usually be half of the total payment.

  • To reserve a date, email us at oakandfennel@gmail.com saying you are ready to book XYZ date if it is still available. We suggest you email us stating you are ready to book your preferred date. Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit the farm. You can request a tour on our tour request page.

  • Yes! Couples are required to purchase their own alcohol, liquor license, mix, ice and plastic glasses for the bar (no home brew).Professional bartenders are required.

  • 80-100 cars will fit comfortably! Although we always encourage safe transportation such as Uber or Lyft!
